 , then this event may be for you!\n\nJoin us on a Longevity-Hike up Mont-R
 oyal\, Saturday at 10:30am for an opportunity to reconnect with nature\, o
 ne other\, and mostly importantly.. ourselves.\n\n---\n\nWhat to know\n\nA
 s a reminder\, remember to distinguish between Longevity Walks & Longevity
  Hikes\, as they are no longer interchangeable.\n\nAt regular intervals\, 
 we swap our calmer Walks with a more active Hike\, which includes a change
  of trail! (Expect to climb somewhat steeper rock and back-end trails). Th
 e pace will also be quicker than our usual walks\, so while peak-fitness i
 s by no means required\, a certain level of athletic comfort is recommende
 d.\n\nWe’ll be starting near the Street Fitness gym (https://maps.app.g
 oo.gl/GqpDvTR2p5brxsZb8)\, a 6 minutes walk from both Mont-Royal and Lauri
 er metro stations. From there\, we’ll head up the mountain at a steady\,
  social pace. The hike is open to all fitness levels and all forms of comp
 any. Come solo\, bring a friend\, or tag along with family!\n\n• Round-t
 rip walk\, suitable for most fitness levels\n• Should you arrive early/l
 eave late\, the meeting location doubles as an outdoor Calisthenics gym
