Our community organizes a Hike up Mt-Royal, every Saturday at 10h30am, and this week will be no exception.
In consideration for our upcoming Mont-St-Hilaire Hike, happening Sunday (the very next day), there will be a slight modification to our typical routine.
We will still start at 10h30am at the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Monument, but our hike will be somewhat more.. unidirectional. Once we reach the peak, though you are free to continue with your hike, I will be stopping to meditate.
You are most welcome to join me, though please bear in mind that the expected temperature is 6-8°C, with a slight possibility of gentle rain. Bring the supplies and clothing you feel appropriate, and please consider the following:
(1) We have an event The Very Next Day, our time is precious and limited, so don't feel pressured to come out of obligation.
(2) Unlike our other hikes where we go up, then down, with an optional calisthenics session afterwards, this is a one way trip up. Should you want to join me in contemplative meditation, it would be my pleasure to have you join!
