This Saturday, we’re blending movement, breath, and community care.
Join us for a special Longevity Hike up Mont-Royal, followed by a guided yoga session at the summit. Whether you’re coming to stretch, sweat, or simply connect with others, this is a beautiful way to start your weekend.
Two ways to join us
🟢 Option 1 – Hike + Yoga
We’ll meet at 10:30 AM at the outdoor Street Fitness (a 6-minute walk from metro stations Mont-Royal & Laurier), then hike up to the summit at an active but social pace.
🟣 Option 2 – Yoga Only
Not up for the hike? You can still join us at the top of the mountain around 12:30 PM for the yoga session.
🚗 There is parking available at the summit if you prefer to drive. (A live location will be sent via WhatsApp the day of)
Whichever way you join, we’re happy to have you.
What to know
• Round-trip hike, suitable for most fitness levels
• Guided yoga begins around 12h30 at the summit
• Bring sunscreen, water, and a snack + layers as needed ⛅
• Open to all (solo, with friends, &/or family)
• No expectations, just community
Recommended: Bring a yoga mat or a blanket.
