As has become our Saturday tradition, we’re lacing up for another Longevity walk, a weekly ritual of movement, nature, and shared momentum. No frills, just a group of curious humans walking and talking as we make our way up Mont-Royal together.
We’ll be starting near the Street Fitness gym, about 6 minutes walking from both Mont-Royal and Laurier metro stations. From there, we’ll head up the mountain at a steady, social pace. The hike is open to all fitness levels and all forms of company. Come solo, bring a friend, or tag along with family!
What to know
• Round-trip walk, suitable for most fitness levels
• Should you arrive early, the start & end location doubles as an outdoor Calisthenics gym 😉
• Bring sunscreen, water, and a snack as needed
• Open to all (solo, with friends, &/or family)
• No expectations, just community!
